Frequently Asked Questions

General

What kind of services do we provide?

In general we provide services to analyze the market. However, because we're in the process of building this platform from the ground up, we currently only offer the data services that we ourselves make use of to create the higher-level tools and services that are set to be released in upcoming updates.

Are there any requirements to join the early release?

The early release is primarily geared towards developers who want to leverage our data services for development, research, or custom applications. A basic grasp of programming (and perhaps some help from ChatGPT 😄) is the only prerequisite. Some familiarity with trade data would be a bonus.

Yes, you can contact support to request for your account to be deleted.

Data Services

What are data services?

On our platform, data services offer access to trading data from multiple exchanges. Instead of dealing with each exchange individually, we've taken on that task, collecting the data and presenting it in a single, uniform format. For developers, researchers, or anyone interested in market data, our services provide the raw, organized information. This foundational data serves as the basis for many of our future tools. Essentially, our data services handle the task of forming a bridge, making data uniform so you only have to write code against one API, instead of navigating through countless ones yourself.

What does the trade data consist of?

Every trade we emit consists of the following data:

  • Exchange ID
  • Market Name
  • Base Asset
  • Quote Asset
  • Timestamp
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • Whether buyer was market maker
  • Derivative or spot
  • Trade Value
For more detailed information, check out our documentation.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

Our platform supports payments with Bitcoin, Credit Card or iDeal.

How are sign-up credits used?

The sign-up credits you receive can be used exactly in the same manner as real credits for all intents and purposes. You can purchase plans with them or pay for any services that support prepaid. These credits are then automatically taken into account as deductions on standard prices for tax purposes.
